Extracting Nintendo Movie movies?

V This question was answered by Tonitonichopchop

So, I've recently saw the first part of the 3d kabuki kirby episode,
and I would really want to save it on my computer so it won't be lost
forever when the video will be removed. As far as I know, there are
programs to convert normal videos to the format that the 3ds uses,
but is there any program to convert the 3ds videos in... Avi? Wmv?
I don't mind the format, but I'll really want to save that video on
my computer...

Does anyone know of any program to convert/save/whatever the video?

As far as I'm aware there is no way to do it. The best think you can do is save the contents of your SD card to your computer and then put them back on when you want to see the episode again. You'll want to flick the wireless switch on the right side of the unit when you do this though.

just go into settings and set it to SpotPass: Off
and Notifications: Don't Receive
this will stop it from downloading new videos and it will kepp the video.

No, there isn't a way. It's encrypted.

Tonitonichopchop,

Well, this looks likes the best solution for now.
I hope that someone will make a program to de-crypt the
videos... Thanks.

By the way, with flicking the switch you mean shutting off
the wi-fi, right?

You can save whichever video from now on if you'd like.
Depending on your country, choose the video that you want.
